AJlowther 14-Day Returns Policy

Returns window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How to request a return

To start a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is faulty or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and in original condition
• With all original tags attached where applicable
• Returned in original packaging where applicable
• Free from marks, odours, pet hair, deodorant or makeup

If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may refuse the return or make a reasonable deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return postage

Change of mind or wrong size: return postage is paid by the customer

Faulty or incorrect item: we will cover reasonable return postage costs once confirmed

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Underwear and socks if opened
• Face covering
• Gift cards
• Any item marked as non returnable
• Faulty items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
