Processing times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery options

We offer two tracked delivery services:

TRACKED 48 ROYAL MAIL - Standard Tracked Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days
Cost: £4.99

TRACKED 24 ROYAL MAIL - Express Tracked Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days
Cost: £6.99

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the day your order is dispatched.

Tracking

All deliveries are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming dispatch and tracking details.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we may need to charge for re-delivery.

Missed deliveries and safe places

If the courier attempts delivery and you’re not available, they may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or they may provide instructions for rearranging delivery. This depends on the courier service used.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the stated times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (for example weather, peak periods, or courier network disruption). If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll help as quickly as possible.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier. We may require a short confirmation from you before a claim can be submitted.
